Barley’s Barber Salon & Skin Studio Cancellation Policy
At Barley’s, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
2. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged as a no-show. We do our best to accommodate, but this may shorten your service or require rescheduling.
3. Card on File Required
All clients must have a valid credit or debit card on file to book an appointment. No charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is violated.
4. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payment.
5. Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed via email or text. Please ensure your contact information is up to date. Reminders will be sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled time.
6. Respecting Time & Space
Please arrive on time and ready for your service. Out of respect for other guests and staff, repeated tardiness, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
